Just seen the Nightmare on Elm Street remake, and WOW!! It has it's flaws, but better than what I expected!! Jackie Earl Haley was TERRIFIC, especially considering the large shoes he had to fill with Robert Englund's performance as Freddy! Freddy was portrayed as a SERIOUS slasher, and frightening, which was GREAT to see!!

Is this Part 52, or what? Have they lost count, or are they too embarrassed to admit that they keep making the same movie over and over again? LOL Anyway, me and my girlfriend will go see it tomorrow nite. So, if you want to continue to see remakes, keep paying money at the box office. If you want to see NEW ideas, support the NEW movies.
